Questions growers ask.
I don’t own anything yet. Is this for me?
Yes. Most growers start with no property. The Ownership Map and the quick look are built for that, and you can learn from In The Lab without bringing a deal.
I already own a portfolio. Will this be too basic?
The Lab goes to full underwriting: sources and uses, a lender check, refinance, a partner waterfall and a build budget. You set the depth on every deal.
What’s the difference between free and founding?
Free is an account with the rooms, the people and In The Lab. Founding is the rest of the app: your Ownership Map, the Lab, Rose, Learn and exports, at $29 a month locked for as long as you stay, or $299 a year.
Does Rose tell me what to buy?
No. Rose explains terms, catches you up on rooms and points you to people and readings. It never gives buy or sell advice.
Who sees my deals?
Only you. Hosts and admins never see your deals, documents or notes. When you share to the Deal desk you choose exactly which figures go, and the address never does.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Me → Membership. Cancel inside your first 7 days and nothing is charged. Founding pricing doesn’t come back if you leave and rejoin.
